Thank you for choosing CoverGuruji for your mobile case needs. We offer 3 days return and exchange policy for all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility requirements. If the product is deemed eligible, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product or an error made by CoverGuruji. In those cases, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about a custom order, please contact us before placing the order.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and will cover the cost of shipping.
